- All products displayed on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in the same condition as the original condition at the time of purchase and in the original packaging.

- Returns within two days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via our Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is defective, defective, or not used as agreed upon.

- A full refund will be given to the customer in case the product delivered is completely different from the product description on 

- We are not responsible for any expectations for the use of the products by the customer that are not mentioned in the product page of our website.

- 30 percent or a minimum of AED 25 will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or issue.
